Creating a sustainable model should focus on harnessing the potential for healing through interdisciplinary working and person-centred care. This FREE to attend day provides healthcare professionals with an exciting opportunity to learn and engage with a variety of like-minded individuals who share the common aim of working together to solve skin and wound challenges.

Who is this day suitable for?

We welcome attendance from Nurses, Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, Social Care workers, Community Health Care Commissioners and other interested professionals. When we work together we can create sustainable change and improve our delivery of community-based wound care.

Programme

This is set to be an exciting event for everyone who wants to develop and share their knowledge and experiences of delivering innovative wound care across community based clinical practice. We will explore a variety of wounds and skin management challenges through a series of interactive sessions.
